Bob Spencer

Bob Spencer is not only a legend to hordes of guitar enthusiasts, he is also a legend for us at Weekend Warriors, having been a pioneer of the coaching panel from 2002. Bob has coached and mentored hundreds of musicians back to making music over the years. He has also passed his skills onto young warriors too where he has shared his wealth of experience and knowledge.

Bob has been a member of two of Australia’s legendary bands – Skyhooks and the Angels, with whom he toured and recorded extensively, contributing to a historic body of Australian works. He is a member of the ARIA Hall of Fame and All Skyhooks and The Angels albums are either Gold or Platinum.

He is currently recording his first solo album in a distinguished career. Currently can be seen leading the excellent Raw Brit, with a set that showcases Bob’s virtuosity on guitar very well.

And he loves Weekend Warriors and the difference it can make to people’s lives.
